You want to change the definition of a BOM usage that is relevant to PM
only.
When you enter material items for a BOM with this usage, the system
does <ZH>not</> check that the material exists in a specific plant.

You can no longer change the definition of a BOM usage that is relevant
to PM only, because:
If you enter material items whose item statuses support use in other
application areas (such as production), the system requires data that
is specific to a plant.
BOMs with the PM-specific usage already exist
Check whether you need to define a new BOM usage.
