¿Qué causa este problema?

Your user profile contains details of all BOM activities which you are
allowed to carry out. This authorization is defined further via a
combination of field values for BOM usage and authorization group. The
authorization group of this BOM is not within the value range of your
current user profile.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Consult your system manager responsible for authorizations. The value
range in your user profile may need to be changed.
If no change to your profile is planned, inform your system manager
responsible for BOM maintenance.
