¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to allocate the BOM for material &V1& to an additional plant.
This is not possible, as there is only a material master for this
material in plant &V2&.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Before you can allocate a material to the same BOM in different plants,
the following requirements must be met:
The material whose BOM you want to allocate to an additional plant must
have a material master in the plant concerned.
All component materials of the BOM must also have a material master in
the new plant.
