¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to enter a BOM item with item category &V1& for the BOM.
Options set via Customizing (BOMs) determine which items can be entered
for each BOM usage.
As item category &v1& is only supported for items which are relevant
exclusively to plant maintenance, but the BOM usage for this BOM
determines that its items are also relevant for other areas, you cannot
enter this item category.

In order to enter an item with item category &v1&, choose a BOM usage
for which items exclusively relevant to plant maintenance are
supported.
