¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to change the bill of material.
As this BOM is allocated to other plants, the changes become effective
in all the plants to which the BOM is allocated.
You see this warning message because the system makes the required
checks (such as checking for a material master) in all the plants, and
the change you want to make may be rejected. This would be the case,
for example, if the material master for a new material item is not
maintained in all plants.
