¿Qué causa este problema?

A data record for the allocation of an object (eg. material, item of
equipment) to a particular BOM exists in the system.
There is no data for this BOM which is not restricted by time, so the
BOM as given in the allocation does not exist.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Inform your system manager for bills of material.
