In the structure maintenance, a subnode was to be inserted for a node
or selected nodes reassigned as subnodes.
The selected node refers to a different structure or to part of a
different structure. No subnodes can therefore be added to this node.

The system does not insert the subnode or reassign the selected nodes.

Insert the new node at the same level or below another node, or
reassign the selected nodes at the same level or below another node.
