¿Qué causa este problema?

An attempt was made to access the content repository &V1& directly from
the user's frontend, but the corresponding server (for example, FTP
server or HTTP server) could not be accessed. This may be due to a
"firewall" intended to protect the server from unauthorized access.

The system tries to avoid the access problem by directing future
attempts to access this repository via the R/3 System application
server.
