Enter a valid In-House Cash Center in the <ZK>Bank country</> and
<ZK>Bank key</> fields for the executing bank in route &V2& in bank
area &V1&. Prerequisite: The corresponding bank area must have been
defined explicitly as an In-House Cash Center.
