¿Qué causa este problema?

For the condition area assigned to the account, item counters or
dispatch expense counters are defined. You can only update these
counters if there is an entry in the table PERIODIC BALANCING for the
balancing type 0003 ACCOUNT BALANCING. This is not the case for this
account.
