authorization for notices, and found that you are not authorized for all
selected bank areas.

The system issues a warning message and excludes all the bank areas from
the selection for which you do not have display or release
authorization.

If you require display authorization, have your administrator assign you
authorization for the <DS:UO.F_NTC_ACT>F_NTC_ACT</> authorization object
, which contains activities <ZH>01</> and <ZH>43</> for each bank area.
