¿Qué causa este problema?

The user &SYST-MSGV1& could not be deleted because it is still linked
to organization management objects which could not be deleted. The user
is not deleted in this case, to ensure the consistency of the data.
The most likely reason for this is a lock on an object linked to the
user, perhaps because it is being used. You could try to delete the
links in organization management before you delete the user.
Users can be linked to positions, tasks, task groups, workflow patterns
and workflow tasks, etc. in organization management. Transaction PPST
displays the objects linked to the user.
