A list of logged on application servers was requested from the message
server; however, an error occurred.
This may be because:
The request could not be sent.
The application server is not connected to the message server.
The message server is not active.

Check the system log for more information about possible causes of the
error. To analyze the entries, call transaction SM21. If you do not
