    To import requests you need a role with one of the authorization objects
    <LS>S_CTS_ADMI</> or <LS>S_CTS_SADM</> with administration function
    IMPA. These authorizations are contained in role <LS>
    SAP_BC_TRANSPORT_OPERATOR</>.

    The function terminates.
