The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Procedure for System Administrators

For performance reasons, the TMS only retains alerts (error messages
and warnings) for a restricted period of time. Therefore, check your
SAP System regularly for errors with the CCMS alert monitor or the TMS
Alert Viewer.
How long an alert is kept depends on how many alerts occur. The
database can store a total of 1000 messages.
