- User &1 locked or deleted ?The SAP error message XT024 indicates that a user (identified by the user ID &1) is either locked or has been deleted from the system. This error typically occurs when a user attempts to log in or perform actions in the SAP system but is unable to do so due to their account status.
Causes:
- User Lock: The user account may be locked due to multiple failed login attempts, which is a security measure to prevent unauthorized access.
- User Deletion: The user account may have been deleted by an administrator, either intentionally or accidentally.
- User Status Change: The user may have been set to a status that prevents login, such as being marked as inactive.

Restore Deleted User:
- If the user has been deleted, it may be necessary to recreate the user account. This can also be done using transaction code SU01.
- Ensure that all necessary authorizations and roles are assigned to the newly created user.
Review Authorization:
- If the user is not locked or deleted but still encounters issues, check the user’s authorization profiles to ensure they have the necessary permissions for the actions they are trying to perform.
Consult Logs:
- Check the system logs for any additional information regarding the user’s status or any related errors that may provide further insight.
