What causes this issue?

You did not specify a sender group (CDG user parameter).

System Response

The sender group was set to a generic value ("*").

How to fix this error?

The system assumes that the routing entry that was made should be used
as the default entry (irrespective of the sender groups). This is why
the special character "*" was used. The value SPACE is not allowed for
the sender group (see F1 Help).
