What causes this issue?

An object in a document to be sent is in "&V1&" format. It is to be
converted to "&V2&" format for sending. This is done using the SAP
spool.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

System Response

A temporary spool request (number "&V3&") was created.

How to fix this error?

The delete date of the spool request was set to the following day. The
spool request is removed automatically with the spool reorganization
program.
