The runtime-relevant settings ensure that at runtime, the Integration
Engine uses the correct pipeline and takes any logging or trace
settings into account.
More than one pipeline can exist for one logical ID. Internal logical
IDs must not be the same, however.
The Integration Engine is called using the logical ID. Therefore only
one of the corresponding pipelines can be active.
This is why all pipelines with the same logical ID are <ZH>disabled</>
when the setting <ZK>enabled</><ZH> </> is set.
