the data could not be transferred successfully to SAP APO.
The integration model cannot be set to active.
Check the queues in the qRFC monitor using transaction
SMQ1 if you are using outbound queues and
SMQ2 on the target system if you are using inbound queues.
Remove the reason for the error and start the action again.
