What causes this issue?

An attempt was made to create a mail message with attachments.
Attachment &V1& could not be attached (business object <ZK>SOFM</>,
method <ZK>Attach</>).
The error is probably in the task definition or the workflow
definition, for example in the binding definition of the step in
question.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
