What causes this issue?

The object type you specified was supplied by SAP AG, and therefore
cannot be extended by you. In addition, there is a delegation to
another object supplied by SAP AG.
Therefore, neither the supertype nor the subtype can be extended. To
use an event on another subtype, the delegation would have to be
changed.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Choose another object type (the subtype itself).
