  This message typically appears in the context of Business Add-Ins (BAdIs) or Enhancement Framework when you are trying to implement an enhancement or BAdI, but you have not selected a specific event or method to implement.
  In other words, the system expects you to choose an event (method) from the list of available enhancement options before proceeding with the implementation. If no event is selected, the system cannot continue and throws this warning/error.
