What causes this issue?

Job &v1& was scheduled to run every &v2& minutes. When the job is
executed, report RSWUR3FS is run by the user entered in the logical RFC
destination WORKFLOW_LOCAL_..., where ... is replaced by the current
client.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
