  This error occurs when you try to perform an action on a workflow task that is not active on the specified date. In other words, the workflow task you are trying to process or reference is either not yet started, already completed, or not valid for the date you are working with.
  Common scenarios include:  
  
  The task has a validity period, and the current date falls outside this period.  
  The task has already been completed or withdrawn.  
  The workflow container or task status does not allow processing on the given date.
