What causes this issue?

You wanted to activate planned changes for a vendor. The screen
selection for activating planned changes is identical to the screen
selection for changing vendor master data. However, the activity-
dependent screen selection of the vendor master is not maintained in
Customizing for the changing vendor master data.

How to fix this error?

Check the setting for the
<DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFMENUOLMSOMSX>activity-dependent screen selection</> in
Customizing.
