What causes this issue?

You require time field &V1& for your planning scenario. The list of
assignments to infocube fields contains this field but there is no
valid assignment to any infocube fields.

How to fix this error?

Goto maintenance for BW-specific settings at planning scenario level.
Assign the relevant infocube field to time field &V1&.
Note: If more than one fiscal year variant is used for time field
<DS:DE.SPBUP>SPBUP</> (posting period), there must be an exact
assortment to infocube fields.
Normal time fields for storage periodicities are:
Week: <DS:DE.SPWOC>SPWOC</>
Month: <DS:DE.SPMON>SPMON</>
Posting period: <DS:DE.SPBUP>SPBUP</>
