What causes this issue?

You tried to assign infocube field &V1& to a planning scenario field.
This infocube field is, however, already assigned to planning scenario
field &V2&.
Multiple assignments for infocube fields are only permitted for key
figure fields. You should check if the different planning scenario
fields can be replaced with a single field.

How to fix this error?

Check the accuracy of the assignments you have made and if necessary,
change them.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
