What causes this issue?

In the selection screen an <DS:DE.W_RWRKC>explicit reference plant </>
was entered and the indicator for the <DS:DE.W_DREFW>default assignment
of reference plants</> was set.
This usually leads to contradictory assignments of reference plants.

System Response

The market-basket price calculation cannot be started.

How to fix this error?

You need use a different procedure for assigning reference plants.
Remove the explicit reference plant entry and/or reset the indicator
for the default assignment of reference plants.
