What causes this issue?

You want to activate or de-activate sales prices or discounts for a
promotion with a higher-level promotion that was created from a
multichannel campaign. If the higher-level promotion in SAP ERP is
created from a multichannel campaign in SAP CRM, it should have a
campaign GUID. During price activation, the SAP ERP system attempts to
retrieve the campaign ID associated with the campaign GUID from table
<LB>CMPB_MAP</>. The attempt to get the campaign ID from the campaign
GUID can fail for the following reasons:
The campaign GUID of the higher-level promotion is not in table <LB>
CMPB_MAP</>.
The campaign ID associated with the campaign GUID is empty.

System Response

The SAP ERP system prevents the price activation or de-activation
process from occurring.

How to fix this error?

Identify whether the activation or de-activation process has failed due
to the campaign GUID or the campaign ID as follows:
In the data browser (SE16) of table <LB>WAKH</>, retrieve the campaign
GUID (<LB>CGPL_GUID</>) of the higher-level promotion.
In the data browser (SE16) of table <LB>CMPB_MAP</>, enter the campaign
GUID (<LB>CGPL_GUID</>) in the <LS>Campaign</> field.
If there is no matching entry in <LB>CMPB_MAP</>, see SAP Note 1238459.
If there is a matching entry, but <LB>CMPGN_ID</> is empty, see SAP Note
1627368.
