    There is not a valid allocation rule for the promotion material.
    If stock should be allocated for the material, i.e. if a
    quantity to be allocated > 0 was entered, you should definitely assign
    the allocation rule because otherwise no allocation table can be
    generated for the material.

    How to fix this error?

    Either set the quantity to be allocated to 0 again or create an
    allocation rule for the material group of the material.
