What causes this issue?

When an additionals IDoc is generated, a key is used for which the
application data is read, prepared and then finally added to the IDoc.
The key is made up of the following components :
logical message message category (standard: WTADDI)
This message category defines the data content for generating IDocs
using the segments assigned to the category.
IDoc recipient
Material for which data is prepared and assigned to the additional.
Unit of measure
For example, different prices are valid for a carton than for one sole
unit.
Reference document
This is made up of header number, item numbers, and even schedule line
numbers.
There is at least one additional for this key. In addition, more plants
or customers can exist for the key and sales conditions must be defined
for them.
