What causes this issue?

The additionals for material &V1& are read from the database.
Additionals for master data are to be found in table "WTADDI"; table
"MAMT" contains the additional texts.
Additionals that refer to recently changed documents, sales orders or
retail promotions are taken from tables "WTADAB" and "WTADABT".

The system now filters existing additionals according to their
<DS:DE.ADDI_PRASS>usage</> in
<DS:GLOS.3526BC30AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>promotions</>.
