  Cause
  
  The EAN/UPC code you are trying to use or assign is not maintained or linked to the material master record in SAP.
  The system checks the EAN/UPC against the material master data (usually in the Material Master > Basic Data 1 or Additional Data views or in the EAN/UPC tab).
  If the EAN/UPC code is missing or incorrect for the material, the system throws this error.
  This can happen during processes like:
  Goods receipt or goods issue in WM.
  Picking or packing processes where barcode scanning is involved.
  Creating or changing delivery documents or transfer orders.
