What causes this issue?

You want to select a <GL:class_type>class type</> in order to assign an
<GL:additional>additional</> to a combination of class type and
<GL:class>class</>. This enables you to use a certain sales packaging,
for example, in only those stores for which the class is defined.

To use a class type for additionals, you must assign additionals in
Customizing for the <DS:SIMG.W_GE_0200.SIMG_ORAL>Application</>.
