What causes this issue?

The system must assign a <DS:DE.ADDI_BELNR>document number</> so that
<DS:GLOS.3526BC88AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>additionals</> can be
generated. For this, a number from interval&V2& in the number range
object <zh>&V1&</> is required. The system cannot assign the number.

How to fix this error?

Correct interval&V2& for number range object&V1& (<DS:TRAN.SNRO>execute
function</>).
Contact you system administration if you do not have authorization to
