What causes this issue?

The MRP type you used means that the target stock is calculated
dynamically based on forecast data. The target range of coverage has to
be greater than zero.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Maintain the target range of coverage or use a different MRP type.
