What causes this issue?

Although you entered a minimum target stock, you did not enter a
maximum target stock.

System Response

The line is displayed for you to make corrections.

How to fix this error?

Either enter a maximum target stock or also set the minimum target
stock to zero. If you enter a maximum target stock, the maximum and
minimum values are used as limit for calculating the target stock. If
you set the minimum target stock to zero, no target stock calculation
is used.
