What causes this issue?

You tried to create a forecast weighting profile for a combination of
material group or material and customer for which no replenishment data
as yet exists. This data is required for creating a weighting profile.

System Response

A forecast weighting profile was not created.

How to fix this error?

Create the necessary replenishment data with transaction
<DS:TRAN.MM41>Create material</> and then once again create a forecast
weighting profile.
