What causes this issue?

The system could not find a supplying site (distribution center) for
the store &V1&, merchandise category &V2&.
Another possible reason is that there is more than one supplying site
defined.

System Response

Processing cannot continue.

How to fix this error?

Maintain a supplying site for your store &V1& or make sure that the
assignment is unique. This can be done globally or on the merchandise
category level.
