What causes this issue?

MAP <DS:DE.WISP_PLSCH>planning step</> &V2& for
<DS:DE.WISP_PLSZN>planning scenario</> &V1& does not contain a
<DS:DE.WISP_PLMER>planning characteristic</> for color (COLOR). This
<DS:DE.WISP_PLMER>planning characteristic</> is required and should
have the same name of the characteristic used for the color.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
