What causes this issue?

You can only delete a prepack article that is still being defined. The
prepack article that you are trying to delete was already posted and
cannot be deleted.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Use the <ZK>Discontinue </>transaction.
