What causes this issue?

If your material modifications are not applicable to the selected line
item, no changes will be made to the existing search results.
If you change the material number using the Material Master Maintenance,
you are not changing the material sent by the Enhanced Material Search
function.

System Response

No changes will be made to the line items in the Enhanced Material
Search function. However, the database will be updated and you will see
the updated values after performing the next material search if you
enable the <ZK>Force TREX Update</> parameter in Customizing by choosing
<ZK>Materials Management -> General Settings for Materials Management ->
Enhanced Material Search -> Configure and Activate Enhanced Material
Search with Creation</>.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
