Cause: This message typically appears in SAP Workflow or Document Management scenarios where a workflow or process tries to create a follow-on document (e.g., a delivery, invoice, or subsequent document) from a source document that is currently in a status which already allows follow-on documents by default. In other words, the system is warning that the default application status of the source document is set to allow follow-on documents, so there is no need to explicitly set or change the status to enable follow-on documents. Attempting to do so causes this message. Explanation: In SAP, documents (like sales orders, purchase orders, etc.) have statuses that control their processing. Some statuses allow the creation of follow-on documents (e.g., a sales order status that allows delivery creation).
