What causes this issue?

Price plan &V1& has status &V2& and therefore cannot be modified.

System Response

The action was cancelled as you can only change a price plan using a
BAPI if the status of the price plan is 'In Process' or 'Resubmission'.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
