Message type: E = Error
Message class: WRF_PPW - Price Planning Workbench
Message number: 616
Message text: The settings for the analytics application are incomplete
To read the POS sales data in the update program for promotion budgets,
you use the default implementation of the Business Add-In (BAdI)
<DS:SIMG.WRF_PPW_X_POS_READ_E>WRF_PPW_X_POS_READ_E</>, method
POS_DATA_READ. In this process, the POS sales data is read via
retraction from SAP BI. To do this, you have to specify the name of the
analytics application and a corresponding method in Customizing for
Price Planning, under <DS:SIMG.W_PPW_0001>Configure General Parameters
</>. At least one of the two values is not available.
In addition, you have to define the analytics application and the method
beforehand in the <DS:BOOK.SIMG_BWAA>settings for data retraction</>.
You cannot run the program for updating promotion budgets.
Make the required settings.
Alternatively, you can create a custom implementation of the BAdI if you
do not want to use the default implementation with the predefined logic.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
