What causes this issue?

The change led to a price increase for material &V1&, sales unit &V2& at
the current organisation level &V3&, because the system determined a new
minimum price.
In Customizing for the price plan category, you have specified for the
current price plan category that the system should issue a warning
message in the case of explicit price increases.

System Response

The system issues a warning, but the changes are retained.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
