You cannot change an assignment of this kind in the PRICAT.

master data and the PRICAT data.
The system does not change the article hierarchy values of the current
PRICAT item for the R/3 material master data that was previously
created.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
