What causes this issue?

At least two items exist with the same catalog number and
EAN.

System Response

It is not possible to tell from the redundant items which item should
be updated.
The system does not update the corresponding item data.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the relevant items of the specified catalog and reschedule only
the item that is to be included in the update process.
