Diagnosis
The price-only material has already been assigned a markdown profile at
a higher level than the one currently selected. Therefore, you cannot
assign any new profiles or change existing profiles. You can only delete
existing markdown profile assignments.
System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Procedure
Select a level at which you can assign a markdown profile to the
material, or have the assigned price profiles changed to allow the
assignment of a markdown profile at the desired level.
